In very basic terms I totally respect your personal information and will only ask you for what information I really need from you. I will look after your information in the same way I would want my information looking after (Securely). I will only share your information with others where their help is needed to deliver the service that you have booked from me (For example photo printing services that may need a name and address for postage). 3. How do we keep your personal data secure?
We take the security of your information very seriously. All data kept onsite is in a digital format within Password protected computers to stop unlawful access. Any information that is kept offsite within ‘the cloud’ is only kept using fully GDPR compliant providers. In the unlikely event of a criminal breach of our security we will inform the relevant regulatory body within 72 hours and, if your personal data were involved in the breach, we will also inform you.
